Position Overview Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is seeking a skilled Health Merchandiser for their Parow Centre store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Dis-Chem's standard merchandising practices and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements - Matric certificate or equivalent - Up to 6 months of retail experience - Proficient in computer use, specifically MS Office - Willingness to work standard retail hours

Desirable Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Health Focus-related field - Minimum 1 year of retail experience

Job Duties - Restock merchandise according to business requirements - Ensure proper storage and packaging of delivered stock - Maintain full product range visibility on shelves - Rotate stock using a First In First Out system - Handle daily stocktaking and restocking tasks - Present front shop shelves neatly and correctly labeled - Build, face up, stock, and maintain merchandising displays - Perform routine store and display maintenance - Assist with back shopping as required - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

Competencies Essential: - Excellent English language proficiency - Presentable appearance - Effective communication with customers, management, and staff - Trustworthy and honest character - Strong time management skills

Desirable: - Bilingual abilities - Familiarity with merchandising standards and FMCG industry - In-depth product and category knowledge - Report bad/suspicious behavior - SAP and Unisolv system knowledge
