Tumaini Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Incentives & Recognition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, recognition, and performance in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Ā· A BCom (Marketing), BCom (Communications) or equivalent qualification is highly recommended. Ā· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a performance-driven, fast-paced environment. Ā· Prior experience in sales or call center settings is highly desirable. Ā· Proven expertise in budget management, financial administration, and cash-handling procedures is mandatory. Ā· Event management experience is advantageous. Ā· Strong numerical acumen with the ability to work accurately with data, validate figures, manage budgets, and generate reliable reports independently. Ā· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with competency in Word and PowerPoint, is required. Ā· Experience in using content creation tools such as Canva and video editing platforms. Ā· Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms used for content creation, communication, and reporting. Ā· Experience managing social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn.
