Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and minimize the cost associated with quality assurance on the contract. - Assist Quality Managers in devising and implementing appropriate action plans and solutions upon identification of trends. - Ensure adherence to internal and external standards through regular coordination with Quality Managers, operational heads, and client representatives. - Offer support to Quality Managers and operations as needed to meet relevant project specifications. - Provide technical and system support to operations. - Deliver continuous feedback on operational issues and assist Discipline Managers by offering solutions to address non-conformities. - Collaborate with the client and other key stakeholders to standardize quality control methodologies. - Support Quality Managers in managing critical operational elements and activities. - Plan, monitor, and enhance quality control and assurance requirements on the contract.

Experience
