Goldman Tech Resourcing is pleased to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Section Manager in Drilling to join a leading mining client based in Kathu, Northern Cape. If you have a wealth of operational and technical expertise, we invite you to showcase your CV to this prestigious client.

Required Experience: • Substantial experience in mining value chain processes, with a minimum of 6-8 years, including 3 years of supervisory experience in drilling and blasting. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in geotechnical and Rock Engineering, with the ability to tackle and solve complex challenges in mining environments. • Thorough understanding of surface mining operations, including extraction methods, material handling, and environmental considerations. • Expertise in equipment management, capable of overseeing and optimizing the use of mining equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications: • Grade 12 completion • Degree in Mining Engineering • An Honours degree is advantageous • Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competence • A3 Safety Certificate • Open Cast Blasting Certificate is advantageous
