Grade 12 qualification is essential; a tertiary qualification would be preferable. Proven HVAC experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience required. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle required for work purposes. Strong technical knowledge is essential. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365 would be advantageous. Sales and target-driven mindset. Excellent verbal communication and customer empathy skills. Excellent customer liaison and service skills. Outstanding organisational and planning skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail. Must be methodical, thorough, and well organized. Must be a proactive, energetic individual with a positive outlook. 

Manage a high volume of customer service level agreements (SLAs). Schedule and coordinate technical teams to ensure effective service delivery. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales. Manage and maintain strong client relationships. Handle all client communication and provide service feedback reports. Manage customer invoicing processes. Conduct regular customer site visits to ensure service excellence.
