Requirements Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering Minimum of 5 years’ experience in crafting and submitting tenders for infrastructure projects Proven expertise in substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy projects Track record in successfully submitting tenders to both private and governmental entities Skilled in cost estimation, technical proposal development, and contract negotiations Thorough knowledge of electrical infrastructure and construction methodologies Proficiency in MS Office, tender management systems, and cost estimation tools Strong analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines
