Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
Managing the seamless operation of the Reception area, serving as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager Handling check-ins, check-outs, guest billing, and golf-related financial transactions through the property management system Overseeing and directing team members, addressing guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, and promoting hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction Balancing cash registers, managing float funds, and ensuring precise control over financial processes and end-of-shift operations
Requirements include
A minimum of 3-5 years of Front Office experience within a luxury 4/5-star hotel setting, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior leadership role A relevant qualification in hospitality, hotel management, or tourism Proficiency in property management systems, with advanced skills in Protel being highly beneficial Strong administrative, communication, and cash-handling skills, along with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
