A Room Attendant at Tsebo Solution is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, maintaining public areas, responding to guest requests, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have strong hotel service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Job Title: Room Attendant - Hospitality Company: Tsebo Solution

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Room Attendant to enhance our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about upholding high service standards and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to specified standards. - Change bed linen, refresh towels, and restock guest amenities. - Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and corridors assigned to you. - Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property. - Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously. - Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and security protocols. - Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep cleaning tasks. - Record housekeeping activities accurately.

Skills and Competencies

Strong experience in hotel services - Excellent people and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and independently - Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends - Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

Grade 12/Matric certificate - Relevant qualification related to management
