Sedibeng TVET College’s Vanderbijlpark Campus seeks to hire four Hospitality Interns to provide support to Lecturers in Hospitality-related tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Hospitality N6 certificate • NC(V) Level 4 certificate (Hospitality)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the practical training of students in the kitchen • Manage kitchen equipment stock and inventory control • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchens, boardroom, and auditorium • Report malfunctioning kitchen equipment • Prepare ingredients for cooking sessions • Assist lecturers during practical cooking sessions • Prepare for functions • Help with purchasing ingredients • Undertake any other assigned duties
