Our client, operating within the upscale market property rental sector (holiday), is actively seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Reservations Manager to oversee bookings and guest interactions across our premier holiday rental portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inquiries, quotes, follow-ups, booking confirmations, and rental agreements. - Maintain accurate availability, calendars, and booking records. - Deliver prompt guest support before, during, and after stays, addressing queries and escalating issues as necessary. - Coordinate arrivals, departures, and special requests with property managers and housekeeping staff. - Monitor payments and refundable security deposits in collaboration with finance, ensuring guests are adequately informed. - Support marketing initiatives and occasionally assist with finance administration, with reservations being the primary focus.
**Basic Requirements:**
