The successful candidate must be willing and available to work the following scheduled hours. Flexibility and availability to work these hours are essential for this position. Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 22:00 Saturday: 13:00 – 22:00 Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00

Minimum requirements (Advantageous):

Matric. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a telesales role. Experience in the property industry (beneficial). Ability to make 150–200 outbound calls per day. Professional telephone etiquette. Positive, can-do attitude. Professional approach. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prospecting and booking 10 qualified consultations per day. Make a minimum of 150–200 calls per day. A minimum requirement of 60 consultations per week, equating to 450 per month. Where opportunity arises, book an attorney into the meeting. Maintain close client relationships and record all activities pertaining to dealings with the client on the CRM system (Pipedrive and ZOHO). Thoroughly screen the client to identify needs and affordability to invest according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script. Maintain a high level of customer service. Ensure that a minimum of 100 activities, which must include tasks, WhatsApp, emails and calls, are completed per day. Promote all other services provided by IGrow Wealth Investments and IGrow Group. Follow all prescribed communication processes and systems as provided.
