Key Performance AreasWelcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner. Handle reception duties, including check-ins and check-outs. Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the resort and its facilities. Manage reservations, bookings and guest information. Handle telephone calls, emails and general administrative duties. Assist guests with requests, queries and complaints in a professional manner. Conduct camp/venue inspections and ensure areas are maintained to the required standard. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure excellent guest service. Assist with activities and events when required. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and customer service. Perform any other reasonable duties required by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, tourism, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, professional and confident personality. Strong customer-service skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Well-presented with a professional appearance. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Computer literate with good attention to detail. Reliable, energetic and able to work independently. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy resort environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
