Minimum Requirements

Post Matric qualification in Human Resources NQF Level 8 (Honours level). Management Development Programme NQF Level 8 (Honours level).

Desirable Education: 

Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent (NQF 9). Extensive experience (7 – 9 years) in the field of Human Resources of which at least 5 years should be on management level in the specific field of Training & Development. Computer Literacy in all programmes relevant to the job.

Primary Duties

Promote and implement an integrated training & development strategy in alignment with strategic objectives. Provide strategic advice on the implementation of skills development programmes and related interventions. Internal and external liaison with the key stakeholders on capacity building (Sites). Ensure efficiencies and effectiveness on the delivery of strategic human capital strategy Managing information to ensure data integrity. Create an enabling environment that supports capacity building initiatives. Manage capacity building budget to maximise implementation and achievement of key strategic priorities. Ensure value add for Rand Water in respect of training spend.
