Job Description

The role of People & Business Enablement (PBE) specialist involves strategic partnership within the organization to enhance performance through people, culture, and capability. Collaborate closely with managers and staff to deliver people consultancy, workforce support, and PBE services tailored to the business area, leveraging enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to bolster workforce effectiveness, employee experience, and overall business performance.
