Job Overview Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is seeking a Health Merchandiser to join their team at the Tubatse store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store's basic merchandising standards are upheld, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing stock effectively.

Essential Requirements - Grade 12 / Matric qualification - Up to 6 months retail experience - Proficient in computer usage, specifically MS Office - Willingness and ability to work retail hours

Advantageous Qualifications - Diploma or degree in the Health Focus category - At least 1 year of retail experience

Responsibilities - Restock merchandise in accordance with business requirements - Ensure delivered stock is stored and packed correctly - Maintain an adequate stock range on shelves at all times - Implement stock rotation using the First In First Out method - Assist with regular stocktaking - Present front shop shelves neatly and visibly, ensuring correct labels and pricing - Build, face up, stock, and maintain merchandising displays - Maintain daily physical upkeep of store and merchandise displays - Be responsible for designated stock in the store room and on the shop floor - Assist with back shopping - Address and resolve customer stock queries

Competencies Essential: - Strong command of the English language - Presentable demeanor - Effective engagement with customers, management, and staff - Trustworthy and honest - Effective time management
