Position Overview Our client, a reputable manufacturer and project service provider in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations in South Africa and Africa. The successful candidate will join their dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or a related field - Proven experience in business development, operations management, and commercial leadership within road/pavement construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or related project-based industries - Strong knowledge and expertise in operational management, commercial project delivery, contract management, workforce leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement - In-depth understanding of construction and infrastructure projects, SHEQ compliance, labor relations, procurement processes, asset utilization, and operational best practices - Demonstrated senior operations leadership, business growth, team development, and profitability achievement within a project-driven environment
