The chosen individual will be tasked with managing the Engineering team adeptly, ensuring minimal downtime on all plant equipment, machinery, and utilities. The role requires the candidate to guarantee that all procedures and processes are meticulously followed while achieving all set targets.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the department’s annual budget and is expected to drive continuous improvements in equipment efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, risk mitigation, asset care, and overall operational excellence.
Requirements
