Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for a new challenge? Western Cape Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading national brand in the beverage industry, is in need of a Maintenance Manager for their plant located in the Overberg region.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee the maintenance team - Design and execute preventative maintenance programs - Plan and manage maintenance projects - Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations - Provide hands-on management of all machinery
**Requirements:**
- N6 with Trade Test ā Fitter & Turner or equivalent qualification - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance setting - 3 years of management experience within a maintenance role - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant maintenance software - Valid South African driverās license - Willingness and ability to relocate
