Responsibilities: ā¢ Oversee compliance with all legal, safety, and corporate governance standards ā¢ Supervise and manage artisans and maintenance teams in shaft operations ā¢ Handle breakdown response, planned maintenance, and equipment availability ā¢ Manage tools, equipment, and vehicles to meet operational efficiency and output goals in the designated area of responsibility
Qualifications: ā¢ Grade 12 ā¢ National Certificate (N3) in Engineering Studies ā¢ Trade Test (Fitter/Boilermaker) ā required ā¢ Supervisory/Foreman qualification ā required
Experience: ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Shaft Foreman / Mechanical Foreman in shaft operations ā¢ Essential experience in a mechanised underground mining environment
