Our esteemed client, based in North West, is actively seeking an accomplished and seasoned Engineering Manager to bolster their team.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification is mandatory. - Possession of a Government Certificate of Competency for Mines in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (2.13.1) is essential. - Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is desirable. - Completion of a Management/Leadership Development Programme (MMDP/SMDP) is required. - Minimum of 7-10 years of operational experience, including 2 years in a recognized junior engineering program, is essential. - At least 3-5 years of managerial experience within the Hard Rock Mining sector is required. - 3-5 years of Project Management experience is mandatory.
