Field Sales Specialist (Hydraulics) – Cape Town R20 000 - R30 000 p/m with Benefits.

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Field Sales Specialist with expertise in the hydraulics industry to join our team in CPT. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and showcasing our comprehensive range of hydraulic seal products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and cultivate new business prospects within the hydraulic and allied industrial sectors - Foster and expand connections with existing clientele - Conduct client visits, perform site assessments, and deliver product presentations - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports - Meet and surpass monthly sales targets - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in hydraulic sales or the hydraulics industry (mandatory) - Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic components, systems, and applications - Minimum 3-5 years of external sales experience in an industrial setting - Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (mandatory) - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with strong independent work capabilities - Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
