Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services. What We're Looking ForMatric (Grade 12 - Minimum requirement). Minimum of 4 years' retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail. A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience using POS systems (experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous). Live within 15km of the store. Working HoursApproximately 173.26 hours per month/40 hours per week. Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster. LocationThis position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Mathatha, Eastern Cape. Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
