Employer: Placement Point (Pty) Ltd

A well established Medical company based in Randburg is looking for a Human Resources Manager. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. · Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. · Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Professional HR certification is an advantage. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (required). · Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Labour Relations (preferred). · Professional HR certification (preferred), such as: · Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM-SCP · HR Certification Institute PHR or SPHR · Relevant local professional registration where applicable.
