Overview An established tissue manufacturing company, EverSoft Tissue, is looking for an accomplished, result-oriented individual to join their team. The chosen candidate will manage the entire human resources function, encompassing all areas from recruitment to payroll support and adherence to South African labor laws.

Key Requirements Education: A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a similar field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of South African labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA) and employee lifecycle management. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and experience with payroll processing/time & attendance systems (advantageous).

Responsibilities Core HR & Recruitment: Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary processes, prepare for CCMA, and offer expert labor advice to management. Administration & Development: Manage employment contracts, personnel files, performance management, leave, benefits, and training coordination (WSP/ATR administration). Payroll Support: Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate data preparation, verification, and statutory reporting compliance. Compliance & Policies: Develop and implement corporate HR policies, lead Employment Equity (EE) compliance, and prepare for audit requirements.
