Key Responsibilities

As an HR Partner in BeXT, you will collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative HR strategies that focus on the Builder experience. This includes developing and executing talent and performance management plans, compensation structures, employee relations initiatives, and other HR functions that support the growth and well-being of our Builders.

In addition, you will represent the company in complex employment cases, including conciliation and arbitration hearings, and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective resolution. You will also provide expert guidance and support to Builders and their leaders, leveraging your knowledge of HR fundamentals, consulting skills, and empathy to address a wide range of HR-related issues.

As a BeXT HR Partner, every day presents new challenges and opportunities. Your typical day may involve:

• Collaborating with leadership to develop forward-thinking strategies and goals that prioritize the Builder experience * Consulting with Builders and their leaders to address talent management, people development, and performance management issues * Fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging among all Builders * Advocating for Builders' needs and concerns through end-to-end experiences that enhance their engagement and overall well-being * Providing expert guidance and support to Builders and their leaders, leveraging your knowledge of HR fundamentals and consulting skills to address complex HR-related issues * Collaborating with multiple levels of the organization, from Builders to senior leaders, to drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience * Conducting complex workplace investigations and providing expert guidance to resolve conflicts and issues

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources experience * Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed organization * Experience advising and influencing executive leadership * Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis, as well as experience consulting on complex performance management cases * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across a wide range of stakeholders * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities * Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to adopt and apply AI tools to solve ambiguous problems and improve efficiency * Ability to demonstrate high-judgement, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility, while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee issues * Experience coaching, mentoring, and influencing other HR professionals through informal leadership * Demonstrated ability to adopt and apply AI tools to solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and scale impact.
