Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to draw top-tier IT talent from both local and international pools. Leverage diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and connect with prospective candidates. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Candidate Experience
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Organize and conduct interviews, assessments, and follow-up sessions.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with experience in both local and international markets. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for various IT roles, such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and cloud specialists.
Skills
Thorough understanding of IT terminologies, technologies, and industry trends. Expert sourcing skills, including proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.
