As a Global Mobility and HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the intricate process of employee mobility and immigration requirements across the Hungry Lion Group. Your expertise will ensure seamless international movements, visas, work permits, and expatriate requirements are met with precision, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Global Mobility Expertise**
- Spearhead the management of employee mobility and immigration requirements, encompassing visas, work permits, invitation letters, and training visas. * Oversee the administration of expatriate requirements and mobility processes from inception to completion. * Monitor and track renewals, expiry dates, and compliance requirements to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards. * Collaborate with immigration authorities, embassies, and external providers to facilitate smooth mobility processes. * Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all mobility documentation, including establishing requirements for new countries and international deployments.
**Country HR Support**
- Provide generalist HR support to designated countries during periods of reduced mobility activity, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations. * Assist with country-specific HR requirements, employee matters, and people processes, fostering partnerships with Recruitment, L&D, and Payroll teams. * Maintain up-to-date country-specific HR requirements and documentation, ensuring alignment with Group standards. * Support the implementation of Group-wide people processes and initiatives, identifying and resolving HR issues, and ensuring timely follow-through.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Continuously evaluate and enhance mobility processes, documentation, and country requirements to drive efficiency, standardization, and digitization. * Identify opportunities to refine and simplify processes, maintaining accurate records, reports, and compliance checklists to guarantee regulatory adherence.
