START DATE : A. S. A. PREQUIREMENTS3+ years’ internal sales experience and/or customer service experience.3+ years’ retail/shop floor experience in a similar industry. Matric essential. DUTIESGrow the retail client base. Maintain and grow individual budgets. Be proactive in assisting walk-in customers. Take telephone orders professionally and ensure that orders are prepared for customers as agreed. Ensure products are neat and tidy, placed on the correct shelf/hook, or in the correct container/position. Ensure all surface areas in the responsible workstation are clean. Maintain a high standard of the overall condition and appearance of the assigned workstation and products. Order and update stock daily, as required. Conduct stock takes on request. Ensure pricing and product codes are visible at all times. Arrange and merchandise products effectively. Follow the correct company procedures relating to the above-mentioned responsibilities, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
