Our client, a niche property development company based in Stellenbosch, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to grow within a well-established property development business.
Minimum RequirementsDegree, diploma or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying. Registered with, or eligible to register with, the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) Minimum 5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience. Experience within the property development or construction industry will be advantageous. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team. Based in or willing to relocate to Stellenbosch.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend meetings with professional teams on various development projects. Prepare project feasibilities and cost estimates. Assist with budgeting, cost planning and cost control. Manage project costs throughout the development lifecycle. Provide support across various aspects of the business where required. Work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
What We OfferSalary of R40,000 – R45,000 per month (depending on experience). Monday to Friday office-based role in Stellenbosch. Long-term career growth within a niche property development company.
