Key Duties and Responsibilities

The role demands versatility in various functions within the cinema, including but not limited to Box Office Sales, Catering Sales, Collections, Cinema Assistance, Waiter duties, Poppers, or any other cinema-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Versatile Theatre Staff Member Responsibilities: • Stay informed about Ster-Kinekor's product offerings and marketing campaigns to effectively upsell to customers • Maintain high presentation standards (age restrictions, updated synopsis files, clean and updated posters, F&B displays, visible disclaimers) • Prepare popcorn, slush, and other products adhering to quality standards, reporting any deviations • Assist in shift preparations as needed • Ensure the quality and integrity of Ster-Kinekor products to preserve guest satisfaction • Present a professional appearance at all times • Conduct yourself as a reputable SKT representative, reflecting positively on the company's reputation • Keep the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas clean • Ensure storerooms meet standards and that fumigation occurs when necessary • Properly seal, package, and store prepared products • Submit all Health & Safety reports as per schedule • Adhere to the correct uniform and preparation standards for personal and others' safety

Qualifications: • Matric certification Experience and Knowledge: • 0-1 years of work experience in a similar role • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite • VISTA/MYCC experience is advantageous
