Key Responsibilities

The hired candidate will take on diverse roles such as Cashier at Box Office Sales/Catering Sales, Cinema Assistant, Waiter, Poppers, or any other cinema-related task as directed by a supervisor.

Job Duties for Versatile Team Member

• Keep current with Ster-Kinekor’s product offerings and promotional activities to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling • Uphold presentation standards (e.g., displaying age restrictions, updating synopsis files, maintaining neat posters, F&B and product displays, and visible disclaimers) • Prepare Popcorn, Slush, etc., adhering to quality standards, and report any deviations • Participate in shift preparation tasks as required • Ensure the quality and integrity of Ster-Kinekor products, guaranteeing a non-compromised guest experience • Maintain a presentable appearance at all times • Act as a respectable SKT employee, reflecting the company’s reputation through your conduct • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas including counter areas • Ensure storerooms meet standards, with fumigation carried out when necessary • Properly seal, package, and store prepared products • Submit all H&S reports on required schedules • Adhere to the correct uniform and preparation standards at all times to ensure personal and others’ safety

Qualifications: • Matric Experience and Knowledge: • 0 – 1 years’ experience in a similar role • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite • Familiarity with VISTA/MYCC is advantageous
