Our client in the automotive industry based in Kariega is looking to appoint an Organizational Development & Engagement Consultant who will be responsible for developing and driving organisational development and employee engagement initiatives across the business
Plan and manage the annual employee engagement survey process Support managers throughout the survey process, including preparation, feedback, and action planning Guide leadership in creating and tracking engagement action plans Facilitate workshops, discussions, and engagement sessions across teams Analyse survey results and prepare clear reports and presentations Coordinate communication and engagement campaigns with internal teams Act as the main liaison with global engagement networks Support implementation of group-wide engagement initiatives and recommendations Facilitate organisational development, culture, and learning interventions Identify team culture challenges and provide solutions Organise engagement activities such as workshops and team events Work with internal communications to ensure clear messaging Manage budgets related to OD and engagement initiatives Track progress and measure the effectiveness of engagement programmes
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development Professional registration (e.g., Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is an advantage
3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in, Training and Development, HR Consulting or Assessment and Diagnostics Experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives Understanding of change management processes
