Our client, a furniture and homeware retail group have a new vacancy available for a Store Manager. This role will be based at the store in Nelspruit, MP.

Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective product demonstrations and by overseeing daily staff operations. Schedule, assign, and monitor employee tasks to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the store. Maintain accurate bank balances and perform daily cash-up procedures. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Professionally address and resolve customer queries and concerns, both in-store and telephonically. Promote effective collaboration and communication with various departments across the group.

Experience and Skills

A minimum of 5 years' retail management experience will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with Sage Evolution will be advantageous. Grade 12 / Matric qualification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail environment (required).
