Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive vehicle sales.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with customers to identify the most suitable vehicle options.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance on financing and trade-in options to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics as set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional offers that attract new customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Proven track record in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality customer service and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling used vehicles or a background in the automotive industry.
- Relevant sales certifications or qualifications.
- Familiarity with Hyundai products and services is a plus.
