Technical Skills:

(Electrical) Reading drawings, MCCs, and DBs, safe isolationMotors, starters, VSDs: replace, set up, fault-findPLC: read online to trace a signal (no programming)Instruments: pressure, temp, level, flowMultimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester(Mechanical) Pumps, fans, compressors: bearings, seals, alignmentMotors, starters, VSDs: replace, set up, fault-findHeating, heat pumps, cooling, water systemsHydraulics and pneumaticsBasic pipe repair (no coded welding needed)Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance mostly on electrical systems: power supply, lighting, control systems, signalling and communication.
