Position Details

Our client based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, is actively seeking a seasoned Signage Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their team. Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in the signage industry, with a demonstrated track record in both sales and project management.

Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management capabilities. Applicants must be able to interpret technical drawings and have a thorough understanding of signage manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, and experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus. A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a mobile phone are required.

Requirements - Minimum five years' experience in the signage industry (mandatory). - Proven expertise in sales and project management. - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP and CRM systems experience is advantageous. - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone. - Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven with the capacity to work independently.

Duties - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-lasting client relationships. - Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets. - Conduct client meetings and site visits to collect project requirements. - Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. - Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation. - Coordinate with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Address client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently. - Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.

Hours Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30
