A market leader within the Retail Sector is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Sun City, Northwest. As the Store manager, you are a brand custodian and business leader within the retail operation. You would be accountable for sales performance, customer service excellence, people management, stock control, and store presentation, ensuring the store consistently reflects the premium standards of the brand. The potential candidate needs to meet the following requirements: ● Grade 12. ● Additional qualification an advantage. ● Minimum 5 years of retail and retail management experience. ● Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson. ● Strong customer service, stock management and communication skills. ● Luxury brands experience an advantage. ● Valid Driver’s License & Own Transport (strongly beneficial).
