An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, self-starter and energetic Teleseller within the Customer Service Centre (CSC) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service via multi channels.
Requirements  Â
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level Experience in working with senior management Business English: Fluent Computer literacy (Advanced)Â

Duties and Responsibilities  Â
Provide a high level customer service Â
Handle all inbound and outbound interactions Resolve queries and complaints via the relevant stakeholders Â
Capture and confirm customer orders Â
Capture orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list  Inform customers of account on hold Confirm customer orders as per standard operations procedures  Inform relevant stakeholders of issues pertaining to their orders
Sell Clover and Principal products as per customer ranging Â
Offer new or additional products (describe features and special offers)Â
Promote teamwork and cooperation  Â
Assist team members to obtain team results Share the responsibility to get the job done Support team values  Participate in team meetings Take responsibility for visual management of information
