Bidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for Work Integrated Learning for 18-months. This Opportunity exists within the Training Department,based in Kempton Park, reporting to the Training Manager. The candidate must meet the following minimum criteria.
Minimum Requirements
No experience required A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen) Must have completed theoretical training for diploma and now requires practical work experience to complete their diploma in the following Qualifications: Human Resource Business Administration Environmental Management
Duties and Responsibilities
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMMETo gain an understanding of the various departments within BTT To provide Students with on- the job work experience To train Students in various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace
COMPETENCIES: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
Ability to work in a logical and organised manner Ability to practice good workplace ethics Good communication skills (written and verbal) High levels of integrity and confidentiality Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as required
