Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Facilitator to enhance the development of nursing personnel in the Theatre setting. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering clinical education, competency enhancement, and upholding top-tier patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate clinical learning and continuous staff development in the Theatre environment. - Assess and support staff competencies specific to Theatre operations. - Identify and address the training and development needs of nursing staff. - Develop and conduct relevant education and training programs. - Monitor adherence to clinical standards, policies, and procedures. - Assist in the orientation and induction of new nursing staff members. - Maintain precise records of training and competencies. - Collaborate with unit management to tackle identified skills gaps. - Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and superior patient care.
