Our client, MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD, is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to head a Theatre team, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care. The chosen individual will blend robust clinical expertise with superior people and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both the clinical and operational management of the Theatre unit. - Guarantee safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative process. - Lead, mentor, and develop nursing personnel. - Coordinate staffing, theatre schedules, and resource utilization. - Monitor compliance with clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards. - Promote infection prevention and patient safety practices. - Participate in audits, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives. - Manage equipment, stock, and other unit resources efficiently. - Foster positive working relationships among the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
