Minimum Requirements

National Diploma or Degree in Administration / Human Resources Management

Applicants must

Be South African citizens. Be unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 years. Hold the relevant National Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution Have not previously participated in a graduate internship programme funded by a SETA or government department. Possess good communication, interpersonal and computer literacy skills. Be willing to work at the ELRC Head Office in Centurion.

Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate

Good verbal and written communication skills. Planning and organisational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professionalism, integrity and a willingness to learn.

Internship Duration and Stipend

The internship programme will run for twenty-four (24) months. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend in accordance with the ETDP SETA funding guidelines and ELRC Policy.
