We specialise in outbound sales for financial products and short-term insurance, offering a dynamic environment with strong earning potential and growth opportunities. We are currently seeking experienced and driven Sales Agents to join our high-performing BPO team on a local campaign, with a proven ability to close deals.
Make outbound calls to prospective clientsPromote and sell financial products and short-term insuranceIdentify customer needs and present suitable product optionsBuild rapport and maintain positive client relationshipsGuide clients through the full sales and sign-up processAccurately capture and update customer information on the systemConsistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIsEnsure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirementsDeliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales Matric essential1+ year experience in any sales/ call centreMust reside in DurbanStrong communication and persuasion skillsTarget-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please note: This role is for experienced outbound call centre sales consultants only. Applicants must have a proven track record in outbound telesales within a call centre environment. Retail, face-to-face, or customer service experience alone will not be considered.
