Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our security team, the Estate Security Manager will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and vetting reputable security service providers to guarantee the highest standards of safety and compliance, thereby enhancing the overall security posture of the estate. - Overseeing the delivery of security services, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring seamless execution of security protocols. - Providing comprehensive training to security guards and control room staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), thereby fostering a culture of security awareness and excellence. - Conducting thorough investigations into security incidents, compiling detailed reports for management review, and contributing to informed decision-making. - Effectively managing estate security budgets and controlling expenditure to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste. - Conducting thorough background checks on staff and service providers, supporting disciplinary procedures, and maintaining a secure and trustworthy work environment. - Managing and updating the estate access control database to guarantee secure and efficient access for authorized personnel. - Participating in HOA board meetings, preparing comprehensive security reports, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned with security objectives. - Collaborating with local emergency authorities to develop emergency response plans, mitigating potential risks, and ensuring a swift response in crisis situations. - Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of electric fence and CCTV systems, interpreting system reports, and promptly addressing faults to prevent security breaches.

Requirements

To be considered for this critical role, applicants should possess:
