The Regional Manager position in Bloemfontein is now open and reports directly to the General Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring that all security protocols are maintained and that clients' needs are met with efficiency and professionalism, while also managing a profitable operation.

Minimum Requirements: - Matric/Grade 12 Certificate - PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Senior Management - At least 5 years’ management experience - Working knowledge of the Firearm Act, with relevant training and competency - Exceptional staff management experience - Above-average computer literacy, proficient in all programs - No criminal record - Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills - Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s Licence - Positive work references - Must reside in Bloemfontein

Key Responsibilities: - Foster good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients concerning security services. - Manage allocated branches to fulfill contractual requirements set by clients. - Ensure Security Officers meet contractual requirements as stipulated by clients. - Continuously evaluate service levels and provide risk-associated recommendations to improve services. - Supervise security staff to ensure consistent performance. - Handle logistical and financial management tasks. - Liaise daily with management on operational issues. - Engage with General Management/Executive on various operational and financial matters. - Address all HR-related queries promptly and manage disciplinary processes. - Submit relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports to Management. - Investigate incidents and report on them.
