Regional Security Manager – East Rand Region- Benoni

This position is currently available in our East Rand Region, reporting directly to the General Manager. The primary role involves ensuring that all site security requirements are meticulously followed and that the Client’s needs are consistently met with professionalism, while simultaneously managing a profitable business operation.

Minimum Requirements: - Matric/Grade 12 Certificate - PSIRA Grade A registered and accredited - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Management position - At least 5 years’ management experience - Working knowledge of the Firearm Act with relevant training and competency - Exceptional staff management experience - Above average computer literacy with proficiency in all programs - No criminal record - Reliable own transport and a valid Driver’s Licence - Positive work references - Must reside in the East Rand

Key Responsibilities: - Foster strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client concerning provided security services. - Oversee allocated branches to fulfill contractual obligations as stipulated by clients. - Ensure that all Security Officers on site adhere to contractual requirements as set by the Clients. - Continuously evaluate service levels and provide risk-related recommendations to enhance services. - Manage and supervise security staff to maintain required performance. - Handle all administrative matters, including logistics and financial management. - Daily liaison with management on operational issues. - Engage with General Management/the Executive on various operational and financial matters. - Promptly address all HR-related queries and manage disciplinary processes. - Submit relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports to Management. - Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports. - Sound knowledge of the ISO 9001:2008 Management System. - Proficient working knowledge of Guarding operations.
