Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Armed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. You will undertake critical armed security duties with a focus on vigilance, rapid response, and assurance in high-risk settings. A valid driver’s license is mandatory to meet operational demands effectively.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols of assigned areas to uphold security standards. - Monitor surveillance systems and inspect buildings and entry points for any unauthorized activities. - Respond swiftly to alarms and security incidents, taking necessary actions. - Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed. - Compile comprehensive reports and documentation regarding incidents and occurrences. - Maintain proficiency in firearm use and adhere to all safety protocols. - Train new security staff on protocols and procedures. - Exhibit professionalism and represent the organization positively while interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Grade A-B Psira Certificate. - Demonstrate extensive experience in armed security, especially in high-risk environments. - Hold a valid driver’s license with an unblemished driving record. - Have a Firearms License for Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle. - Exhibit business acumen. - Exhibit strong observational skills and attention to detail. - Possess effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - High level of physical fitness and capability to manage stressful situations.

Preferred Skills
