Regional Manager – Bloemfontein

This position is currently open in our Bloemfontein office, reporting directly to the General Manager. The main objective of this role is to guarantee the adherence to all site security standards and to fulfill the client’s requirements proficiently and professionally, while steering a successful business operation.

Minimum Requirements: - Matric/Grade 12 Certificate - PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation - Minimum of 10 years' experience in Senior Management - At least 5 years' experience in management - Working knowledge of the Firearm Act, along with relevant training and competency - Exceptional staff management experience - Above-average computer literacy, proficient in all related programs - No criminal record - Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills - Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License - Positive work references - Must reside in Bloemfontein

Key Responsibilities: - Fostering good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients concerning security services provided - Managing allocated branches to ensure contractual obligations are met as per client specifications - Ensuring all on-site Security Officers fulfill contractual requirements set by clients - Continually evaluating service levels and providing risk-associated recommendations for service improvement to clients - Supervising and managing security staff to maintain required performance levels - Handling all administrative matters including logistics and financial management - Engaging daily with management on operational issues - Liaising daily with General Management/the Executive on various operational and financial matters - Addressing all HR-related queries promptly - Managing disciplinary processes - Submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports to management - Investigating incidents and reporting on them
