The Vault Room Manager at Fidelity Services Group is responsible for managing consignment distribution and reception, coordinating CIT operations, and ensuring accurate documentation and administrative tasks. Key requirements include PSIRA accreditation, computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and at night.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this permanent position is available at our DBN Branch. The main responsibility of this role is the management of consignment distribution and reception.

Minimum Requirements: - Clear criminal record - PSIRA accreditation, preferably with a minimum Grade C qualification - At least 1 year’s experience in the security industry or similar role - Computer literacy (mandatory) - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work at night - Capability to perform under pressure - Physical fitness

Job Specification (not fully inclusive): - Preparation for vault room duties - Planning of vault room schedules - Coordination of CIT operations - Receiving and distributing consignments to and from CIT teams - Scanning of consignments - Balancing of vault and securing for the night - Sorting of consignments - Documentation and administrative tasks - Conducting searching duties
