The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee multiple Operations Managers, focusing on essential areas such as client liaison, HR/IR issues, fleet management, expense control, investigations, and the deployment of Security officers.
Minimum Requirements: - Matric certificate - PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation - Minimum of 5 yearsā experience in the security industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Programs - Own reliable transportation and a valid Driverās Licence - Firearm training for business purposes - No criminal record - Must reside in Durban
Key Performance Areas: (not an exhaustive list): - Meeting contractual obligations as stipulated by the client - Maintaining strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients regarding security services - Continuously evaluating service levels and providing recommendations to improve services - Handling all necessary administrative tasks - Daily communication with Branch management on various operational issues - Submission of relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by Management
